The Care Management program participates in various organized community health events in the Denver Metro area that promote health awareness and encourage individuals to take a more active role in their own health. Health fairs are generally educational and interactive and designed to outreach to provide basic preventative medicine and medical screenings. In addition, information about general health and wellness is provided. Health events are an opportunity to promote Denver Health Medical Center and the services we provide to the community, as well as our various insurance plans.
