This is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan, with Part D Prescription drug coverage, called Denver Health Medicare Choice. To enroll in the plan, members must be eligible and enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid, receiving dual benefits, and reside in the City and County of Denver.  Click here for more information.

Denver Health Medicare Select (HMO)
This is also a Medicare Advantage plan, with Part D Prescription drug coverage, called Denver Health Medicare Select. This plan is beneficial for those who do not meet Medicaid requirements but may qualify for CICP and/or LIC subsidy, and reside in the City and County of Denver.  Click here for more information.
