How to Join our Plans DHMP Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) In order to join Denver Health CHP+ you must first meet with an Enrollment Representative.  You can reach Enrollment to make an appointment at 720-956-2300.  Before your appointment, you may want to check the documentation link below.  If you need help with this, call Member Services at 720-956-2100. Medicare Advantage Plans For most of our Medicare plans, you must qualify for Medicare benefits, reside in the City and County of Denver and must not have End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).   If you meet these qualifications, call 720-956-2111 to make an appointment with a Denver Health Medicare broker. Employer Group Plans These plans are only open to the employees of the Denver Health Authority and the City and County of Denver.  Open enrollment for these plans takes place in October.  An employee may make a change in their coverage if a qualifying event occurs.  For more information call your Benefits representative.For more information, click here.
